Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used WePay to link to our auction site to receive payments. There were options of a few and I chose WePay. It is used during this event (Dec-March). It is used by accounting.

Links up to your bank account easily.
Pulls reports.
Cons

Credit card fees.
Doesn’t do all of payments - uses other website to run credit card.

Pros
Lower cost than their competitors, as a start up every dollar we can save makes a difference.
Processing of payments is quick, we are notified and the funds are deposited usually within 2-3 business days.
They can be integrated with a lot of different systems online.
Simple to set up and start taking credit card payments.
Cons
None that I can think of.
Return on Investment
Time, it took about 15 minutes to get my billing system set up and integrated with WePay
I haven't had many refunds but they were able to help accommodate for the 2 or 3 I have had to do and walked me through the process with support information and via email.
No monthly/yearly fees are kind of nice to not have to worry about or pay when you are starting out

Pros
Fast, easy signup - this is the primary reason we implemented support for WePay.
Customers who opt for WePay as their processor can begin accepting transactions within a few minutes - crucial when the team mounting the auction is a little behind in their planning process.
Cons
I'd like to see some advances in their customer service process - it's good, but occasionally my customers want just a bit more hand-holding.
Return on Investment
It's lowered our customer support load considerably - the WePay signup process is so much easier for our customers to negotiate than with traditional merchant processors that we no longer spend much time at all coaching them through it.
