WebPT is the EHR & Billing platform multiple of our clients use. We provide practice management, auditing and billing services for these practices using this platform.

Available reporting options are limited in WebPT, and they cannot be merged reporting with the billing reporting to generate more comprehensive reports for auditing purposes. It would be nice to have the capacity to customize templates between the two platforms to allow for better data management and analytics.
Likelihood to Recommend
Thus far WebPT has been well suited for all of my PT, OT, ST clients with no complications. Recently one of my clients added on an ABA provider to her practice. These are often joint therapeutic modalities provided to a patient at separate practices, but more and more they are collaborating under one practice, so offering greater capacity to include this modality as functional user in WebPT would be great.
