Webex Webinars is used for marketing our products, especially by conducting webinars. Webex webinars have a high capacity to handle a large audience with minimal latency. It works with Cisco's network, which handles both webinars and broadcasts with 1000's of users. It does have rich features like Q&A, Mike control, etc.

Pros

It can handle 1000s of concurrent users.
Minimal latency.
We can control the environment with features like mic control and Q&A.

Cons

Complexity in user interface.
Little bit expensive.
Mobile devices has limitations.

Webex webinars are used to conduct large online meetings for showcasing new and existing features to the community for lead generation. We also use this WebEx webinars for broadcasting as well as for town hall, internal organisation meetings. This tool gives us control over the proceedings during the meeting, which helps us to create a controlled environment.

It has served us well when it comes to handling our internal meetings and communications. We always use Webex Webinars for our internal business briefings. In addition, we use it for trainings and onboarding employees. It makes it possible to offer virtual trainings, reviews our business guidelines and it streamlines onboarding which includes remote workers.

It makes handling company-wide virtual meetings easy.
Comes equipped with amazing employee training and onboarding features.
It handles our teams communication needs.
It makes holding interractive sessions.

Cons

Audio issues such echoes need to be improved.
Needs more engagement options/features.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend Webex Webinars for employees training and onbaording. I have used this product in the HR department and it makes training new hires as well as onboarding them easy. Whether in house or remotely, Webex Webinars handles the whole process really well.

I also recommend Webex Webinars for business interractive engagements. Whether the business wants to engage employees or customers, it is a great tool and offers awesome features.

Audio/Video rarely fails, even under high load.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The software works smoothly and it is very easy to manage the audience. I have managed a large audience size up to 50 on Webex. Complete control is there for the user to take up questions one by one with interactive UI. We can share screens at ease. The fact that customers can join from any video device without comprising quality is of great help.

We can use Webex where content quality matters, join from any video systems, in-app voice listening, and security is of importance. I had once organized webinars for 10 of my customers of new product launches and their entire team was able to hear the audio clearly and the session became very interactive.

I love the power of this product in running meetings. We can easily connect with our team members and organize trade events without any challenge. It is easy to share screens and chat with each other in a secure environment. It is easy to set up and record proceedings of meetings for future reference. I can easily guide my clients on how to use our products from remote areas without meeting them physically.

It is well suited for video and voice calls. It has enhanced our organization to set up a reliable communication center that our customers find useful when they need to reach us. It keeps records of missed calls so that the caller can be reached later. We can join meetings when we are many without any networking downtime.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Events is used by my organization as a whole. It addresses really important problems that we have to make a better policy for our country. We recently have used Cisco Webex Events to make training or coordinate with our neighbouring countries for frequency coordination. It has been a great experience because we haven't had interruptions and we have had the opportunity to record the meeting.

Pros

It connects people around the world.
It helps organize meetings in a simple and fast way.
It never interrupts or goes slow.

Cons

When you have the link for the event you should not register into it when Webex Events opens again.
The settings part about camera and more should be more visible not at the left corner.
The page about adding a new event is a little complex.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is the best way to make a meeting especially in the times we are living. It is a safe and easy platform that anyone can use. Any event can be set up really easily and you can manage all the participants in the meeting really well. I strongly recommend if you have important and serious meetings to make.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In this post-COVID society we are running almost all of our big regional meetings on this service. We actually have a special setup of it that allows us to bump up to 3,000 people on a single call. This has provided everything we need to allow our users to connect with their leadership and get updates even while we are all spread out.

Pros

It has a great "green room" called Practice Mode that allows you to get all your speakers in a "room" virtually to prepare while others are joining the real call. It's great.
Being able to go up to 3,000 users is a huge benefit to us.
Audio management of unmuted participants is huge.

Cons

Breakout rooms.
Sometimes practice mode causes issues, but most times its fine.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have meetings that have a panel of speakers and you do not need the audience to talk but want the to be able to do a Q&A, then this is the perfect platform for you. This is also very well suited to having a third party manage the call. We have a whole group on my team that just manages these calls for executives.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My use-case is like we have monthly town hall meetings, and participants will be from across the United States. So we use Cisco Webex Events to organize those meetings, and it precisely serves the purpose of what is needed for us. It has seamless connectivity, and voice clarity is excellent. I would recommend this product to others.

Pros

Cisco Webex Events helps in organizing meetings from the beginning, like from the planning stage, it guides us.
Connectivity is seamless, and making us a presenter and document sharing is very easy.

Cons

It would be nice if Cisco Webex Events allows us to playback the seminar on mobile devices.
And the booting time is high compared to Cisco Webex Meetings. Depending on the internet speed and other factors, it varies. Sometimes it takes 2minutes, which is frustrating.

Likelihood to Recommend

If the meeting is for small numbers, it is better we go for Cisco Webex Meetings and if there is a need for sharing content heavily. Then I recommend regular Webex. If the gathering is big and we need assistance in doing that. Then Cisco Webex Events is the correct place because it helps in organizing.
