My organization uses the Webex App to facilitate fast and efficient collaboration needs. Whether on a desktop or mobile, the Webex app gets the job accomplished. The Webex App easily integrates with our phone system, as well. The Control Hub dashboard allows for easy configuration from anywhere. No VPN connection is necessary.

Instant messaging.
Integration with the Webex Calling and CUCM phone systems.
Easy configuration and integration with Webex peripheral devices.

The Webex App is well suited for organizations who need on-the-go collaboration tools available wherever they are situated. The ability to be at a desk/laptop and then switch over to the Webex App right where you left off is a huge selling point. There is no interruption when switching between the desktop and mobile apps. It's a very convenient experience.

We use Cisco Jabber as a substitute for physical desk phones at the office. We used to use Cisco IP Phone's (the classic 7942 if my memory serves me right), but they were limiting the user mobility. For example, the users could not answer their phone if they were not present at their desk, or in the office. Therefore we switched to a more mobile solution such as Jabber on a global scale.
Pros
Provides user mobility to work from anywhere
Seamless integration with other Cisco products, such as Finesse
Easy to configure from a user-admin perspective
Cons
Stability depends on internet connection more than it needs to
Using different tools for almost the same purpose(collaboration) is not user-friendly. Maybe a super product combining WebEx and Jabber features could be an option.
Expensive pricing and pricing model for big organizations (per license)

Cisco Jabber is a well-suited app to answer and make calls from your computer. Compared to the technologies we have been using, namely desk phones, it provides you the mobility that the way we currently work (Hybrid/Remote) demands due to the pandemic. The only requirement on the user side is to have a quality headset and a laptop, and you're good to go! Also from a business continuity point of view, if you are running a business where customers are calling your contact center, Cisco Jabber is the perfect solution to go to. In case of any natural disasters affecting your main-office, your customer service representatives can take customer calls from the comfort of their home. However, to be considered as a well-round collaboration tool, Cisco Jabber needs more features. Competitor apps like Teams now both have the functionality of applications such as Webex Meetings and Jabber together, making it much easier to use only one tool for both purposes and I believe Cisco can do the same with Webex and Jabber.
Cisco Jabber is used across the organization and helps to facilitate quick interactions, gets questions answered quickly, and provides an easy way to lookup corporate user info as well as dial your phone from the address book.
Pros
Chat
Dial phone from address book
Screen share
Cons
File share

In the past, we used other solutions for face-to-face training. We allocated specific equipment and physical space for training. Now with Webex, we can virtually train our teams, cutting down on costs.
Pros
Team collaboration
Immediate communication
Cons
Features & accessories
Improved documentation and manuals
Better compatibility with IOS

Webex Teams is best suited for organizations where small teams are using the product. It's less suitable for large teams with many users. -------- es mejor en trabajos donde se involucran pocas personas a uno o varios equipo y menos adecuado para un numero mas grande de personas
We use it as a collaboration platform mainly focused on video conferences. It is used by the whole organization and it helps to reduce travel expenses and give a huge boost to transversal collaboration in the whole organization. IT Staff was always worried about having all the VideoConference infraestructure up and ready and with Webex Cloud-as-a-Service aproach, was so easy to support our VC needs as an organization with a relative small IT staff.
Pros
Video conferences are fast and easy with a "push the big green button" approach.
Enables me to create collaboration spaces quickly and easily.
It's closely integrated with third-party collaboration solutions like Microsoft Office 360.
Video communication has been improved enabling one-to-one video communication without any IT staff involved.
Enabling easy to use multi-site video conferencing.
Wireless pairing synchronization (proximity) is a superb feature.
Cons
Screen sharing with IOS can be tricky and has been known to crash.
Outlook calendar integration is so tricky that almost allway need to have specialized IT staff to support it
Chat GUI is not as intuitive as competitors

Webex is great for a distributed organization with a lot of locations and a lot of branch offices even with best effort wan links. It is well suited for small IT Staff organization cause de Cloud-as-a-Service aproach significantly reduces the OPEX budget. It has a kind of tricky old-fashion GUI what makes difficult to use to new users.
Inmobiliaria Vinte has a presence in various states of the Mexican Republic, with Webex Teams we have managed to optimize meetings since it allows us to connect different sites through the application in a matter of seconds. Some of the great features of Webex are the excellent audio and video quality, screen-sharing , as well as the ability to create webinars.
We have divided the different areas into groups, allowing us to be in constant communication anywhere and at any time, whether through video calls, phone calls and / or chat.
Another benefit that we managed to acquire thanks to webex, is in our Human Resources department, where on many occasions interviews have been done through the application.

To collaborate on projects and quick chats in our department. I do wish more of our company would adopt it as I believe it is a great tool for collaboration between people and to stop the back-and-forth emails that get lost, and some people don't know how to use reply-all when they need to, and the discussion chain gets lost in email. This keeps everything for that project in one spot and the ability to start a quick meeting and/or whiteboard is awesome! We recently moved from Jabber over to Webex and similarity between Jabber and Webex is becoming more and more with every update. There are still quite a few features missing in Webex that we had in Jabber that we do miss.
Pros
Being able to have it on all of my devices.
The ability to answer from any device and have the whole conversation there.
It is free for basic use so anyone can join in the conversation.
The TAC Connect BOTS is awesome! Any BOT on there is cool.
Every update they keep surprising me!
Cons
After moving over to Webex from Jabber, lacking features that were very useful in Jabber
Not everyone using it!
Trying to get our users to use it to its full potential!
The ability to hide the add/left bot comments on a moderated space.
Still a lot of features from Jabber are missing including Alert when available
Better Presence status linked with Outlook as far as busy or in a meeting

Being able to send out a quick message to our department about something instead of it getting lost in email. The ability to see all the files in one place instead of scrolling back through. Also, using it with my family is nice too as they use the free version, so I can still talk to them even when I am out of town. Being able to pop it open on my mobile phone is essential! Having the conversation right there or being able to have a video call with someone back at the office while remote is key!
We utilized Jabber across our entire organization with my past employer. Jabber served as an efficient platform for establishing messages as well as connecting seamlessly to all of our work schedules, cell phones, and e-calendars. It was useful for identifying if co-workers were at work that particular day or in a meeting or maybe even just away from their computer for a bit.
Pros
If individuals work for your company, their name and title is shown, as well as recent transactions you've had with them. In a dynamic environment such as the one I was employed, it was very organized and beneficial.
A strength of Jabber would be the integration involving alternate services a business might provide. It lets coworkers know if you are presenting a PowerPoint slide show by flashing "In Presentation Mode" which lets colleagues know not to message you at that time.
Everything works pretty smoothly and without a hitch. Another strength of Jabber is that it's been around long to enough to have many of the bugs and kinks worked out.
Cons
I'd kind of like to see Jabber become fully cloud-based. When I utilized the program, it was mainly a separate item on our system. While this wasn't necessarily a setback, it mainly had an overall aesthetic of a more dated technology.
The Jabber app doesn't store credentials for logging in when I sign on. Basically every time I would re-open the app I would have to re-type my log-in info. It made me a little more hesitant to use the app on the road.
I would also have liked to see file transfer somehow be sped-up. Transferring of files is pretty simple to locate on Jabber, but the wait time is a bit of a drag and sometimes it even fails. Some improvement could be made in this regard.

In a corporate atmosphere, Jabber is a legitimate and helpful chat platform. Integration is key here for synching with other Cisco programs and video/phone systems, and the desktop application is versatile. I enjoyed the concept of being able to share my desktop or start up a group WebEx meeting. "Active Directory Integration" makes it simple to locate coworkers and organize business department employees into set groups. If integrated into your phone system, Jabber is beneficial in viewing missed calls in a timely fashion. The reminders received about upcoming WebEx meetings are beneficial and Jabber also reminds you to launch them via the pop-up alert system. In all, I feel Cisco Jabber is a pretty complete package.
WebEx Teams was purchased to be used as a company-wide collaboration platform. We are excited about the new features and will be rolling it out to our entire organization staring in March. Our previous rollout was slow for user adoption but with the new features and integration into our Call Manager solution we are expecting a much larger user adoption.
Pros
WebEx Teams provides an easy to use platform for users to quickly start communicating. The search option is easy to use to find other employees and start a quick one on one chat.
Setting up Teams and Spaces is easy and allow the end users to control access. IT does not need to be involved .
Starting a group chat is a simple as click a couple of buttons. From there you can easily start a group call and share screens
Cons
WebEx Teams need better integration in to Active Directory so that AD groups can be created to automate WebEx Teams and membership.
The WebEx Control Hub that is used to manage users and setting for WebEx Teams need to be updated. The UI is a bit clunky and navigation is mediocre at best.
WebEx Teams needs to add the ability for admins of the Control Hub to see all teams and spaces and also be moderators of all teams and spaces.
Likelihood to Recommend
WebEx Teams is very well suited for any organization that is geographically spread and is looking for better communication. Some features do rely on Cisco Unified Communications Manager so please take this into consideration. User adoption is always the biggest hurdle but with proper planning the roll out could be smooth and users will wonder why they have not been using this forever.
Jabber is an easy to use yet powerful IM/VOIP/screen share solution that speeds communication and provides instant context on fellow co-workers' location and status.
Pros
Presence, very easy to use, shows up in Outlook, easy to set from any device.
Core IM is great, simple and pretty to look at.
Softphone is awesome compared to having a deskphone, freedom!
Cons
Ability to set presence before leaving the office and having it stick (i.e. on vacation instead of switching to offline).
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for any Cisco VOIP environment, a no brainer.
