  • Standalone
  • Clustering

Cons

  • Disk mapping for VCS solution.
  • Oracle RAC structure.
  • VM backups.

We use vSphere to collectively manage our ESXi servers, virtual desktops, and resources tied to our virtual desktop infrastructure. vSphere allows our organization to manage these resources fully without the need to use other applications as well. We have complete oversight of our virtual desktop infrastructure which in turn has allowed us to deliver a solution that benefits the organization and users.

Pros

  • Managing machines.
  • Snapshots
  • Cloning

Cons

  • Storage
  • Missing desktops.
  • Quicker provisioning.
