Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Unprofessional company. I got a quote for their payment gateway and made an appointment to review it. The account manager, Joe Murray, blew me off. A week’s worth of attempts via email and phone to contact him went without a response. I called to see if I could get another account manager, they said I had to stay with Mr. Murray and he was available today and they sent him a note to get back to me today. Of course, he didn’t. Do they want my business or not? If they do not, at least have to courtesy to tell me. I was recommended by my current gateway to contact them because my current gateway cannot do what I want. They should at least give me the respect to tell me they cannot help me.
