Observer GigaStor from Viavi enables end-user experience scoring with packet capture, analysis, and storage, to provide IT teams with in-depth network conversation details for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security investigations. The Observer Platform (formerly from Network Instruments) is a suite of network performance monitoring technologies. Network Instruments was acquired by JDSU in 2015, and then split off into Viavi Solutions.
