We utilize Ventiv IRM to track our customers' safety events/incident levels. We look into incidents related to the coverage and insurance policy to the store/location track the financial risk for those incidents that do not affect clients' insurance policies. We analyze each area's impact on the overall risk of the organization and assist clients in allocating premium costs equitably across the organization.

We use it to analyze an enormous set of data that we collect from multiple sources across our organization: from affiliated organizations at regional and district levels, claim data, financial to safety, etc. IRM can digest this information and provide insights and analytical outputs through grids, graphs, and geo-mapping. We specifically leverage that to improve our decision-making. We have an acceptable amount of customization.
