Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We deployed this solution within our company to handle financial and accounting planning. It resolves our budgeting issues very easily. It is similar to Excel, so it is easy for us to use without any special training. Effective decision-making is crucial in budget planning. Building reports is really quick and easy. It is a game-changer that saves both our money and time through better financial planning and budgeting. It allows us to customise the workflows according to our needs. In addition to improving productivity, we can also automate the process.

Vena is by our Finance Department , along with HR and Operation , it supports our financial planning and analysis , including budgeting , forecasting , and management reporting .the big problem Vena solves is the manual spreadsheet work ,which is make our data more accurate .Users now can manage templates , and automate reports .before using Vena our data was a total miss because of users 's errors and false analyzes , thus Vena really solved a huge problem .Implementing Vena didn't take long actually , it's an easy implementing solution , the operation went smooth and easy Another thing Vena do is addressing key business challenges such as time-consuming budget cycles , data version control and real time visibility into performance metrics using great Excel-Based models
