We have used Velmie, formerly known as IKantam, since 2016, as a developer and support partner for a social media SaaS business. My former partner, who was the tech side of the business retired, and they were his replacement, essentially.
Pros
- They have experience with social media APIs
- Initially, they were responsive
- The system did function, reasonably well for the initial few years.
Cons
- As they've grown, a little more complicated to communicate.
Likelihood to Recommend
We began using Velmie in 2016, and have had a good experience with them. They are technically competent, and have done consistent work. As mentioned earlier, communication has become more difficult as of late. That said, our relationship continues, and as the review reflects, we are generally satisfied.
