Veeva Vault PromoMats streamlines the creation, review, and distribution of compliant content at scale. PromoMats is a regulated content management application that supports the full lifecycle of promotional content. It enables content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content. PromoMats includes Brand Portal, a central repository that makes content accessible for internal users while enhancing content reuse. PromoMats generates eCTD compliance packages for digital submission to the FDA.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Prior to Veeva our system was incredibly outdated. Veeva has made managing files and projects very easy. It's straightforward and easy to find what you need if you are willing to poke around a bit. My team is very helpful and can always answer the questions and problems I might encounter. I only touch on a tiny bit of Veeva's capability, but I wish I knew/used more of the features. Definitely a great program and it's exactly what we need.

Easy to sign in as myself and as a delegate for someone else
Easy to communicate with my team on projects

Cons

I'm not crazy about how quickly I get timed out

It has made our projects move smoother and quicker through the system so our time is more optimized.
