What is Vault Verify?

Vault Verify creates value for HR by establishing a real-time API integration with all major HCM platforms. The Vault EDGe Gateway eliminates mass offsite data storage and provides up-to-the-second accurate information. Vault Verify also offers an automated employment and income verification platform for employers of all sizes. It is used by clients to eliminate labor costs, and reduce data exposure risk.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We direct all requests for employment verifications to Vault Verify. We utilize employment verification letter creations and established a connection with VV's partner, Sedgwick, to process unemployment claims.

Cons

  • We get various requests for employment verification letters from current employees. It would be nice to have a feature within vault verify that could house various letter templates and allow us to direct all our employees there. Rather than creating a letter inhouse.

Vault Verify has been the best company to work with. The implementation was so easy, quick, and smooth, the customer service is beyond that of other HRIS systems, and the level of trust I have for Vault Verify to handle our verifications of employment is beyond what my expectations were. All of this and we get money back for every verification that is completed was almost too good to be true, but it is true! I recommend this company to everyone who asks! I work with a lot of vendors and they are by far the best!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vault Verify provides the VOE and VOI for all of our employees and former employees. With over current1,500 employees and many thousands of former employees, this save countless hours for our HR department. With record low interest rates the last several years, home refinances have soared which require VOE and VOI. With massive social services programs rolled out during Covid-19, the same is true for our many former and current employees. This has been ideal to have a third-party partner for verifications.

Plus, it only took minutes to set up the integration with UKG, our HRIS. It literally was the most straight-forward, easiest integration I have ever done.

We use Vault Verify for all employment verifications. Previously this was a tedious and time consuming task. Vault Verify partners with our HCM software provider and all verifications are confidential. Active employees can request information via the online portal as well.
