  • User flow mapping. It shows how users are navigating in the app.
  • App crashes
  • User session recordings
  • Segmentation on devices, OS versions, processors etc

  • They can improve on transparency of pricing
  • Customer support is not that responsive

We are able to capture metrics and recordings of users interaction with the mobile app which allows finding the noise free insights. We are able to track the dropoffs and the features/areas where we need to provide more information to the users for smoother app experience.
