Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used UpCloud to serve some of our internal infrastructure services. We also used it to host test environments and production environments for a multitude of customer projects. I think the pricing as well was one of the biggest draws for us, along with reliability and performance.

Cons
- The billing reports are quite hard to read, could be simplified
- A control panel function would be useful
- The re-billing process could be better, not so cut throat if you miss a payment!
Most Important Features
- The uptime
- Great customer service
- Well documented API
- MaxIOPS for storage is fantastic
Return on Investment
- The low cost means you don't really need to worry about pricing
- To us as a business it was not as useful as DigitalOcean
