Univention Corporate Server (UCS) is a solution for centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) and at the same time the platform with which can be used to control and manage an entire IT infrastructure and all servers. UCS is scalable and can be operated in an organization's own data center or in the cloud.
The centerpiece of UCS is Nubus - with a central IAM solution that can manage identities, roles and groups. The integrated portal with Single Sign-On and Self-Service functions is a go-to point for all IT services, applications and tools. With pre-built software and integration packages, apps can be easily put into operation. The Univention App Center contains a range of enterprise applications.
UCS is presented as ideal for managing distributed, heterogeneous and virtualized IT environments, regardless of whether they use Microsoft Windows, Mac OS or Linux systems. With the integrated IT infrastructure management, users can manage server and desktop systems centrally, across locations and platforms via a web interface.
