Good for Larger Employers, but Research!

Prior to the merger with Kronos, UltiPro (now UKG) delivered unrivaled service and superior products but I have noticed now the products are less intuitive and the service is average, at best and what was once a differentiator is now putting them on par with their competitors. We struggled with HR Service Delivery and implementing it to add value to our population, to the point we put it all on hold for over a year. We began resuming the creation of processes using this service more recently but despite having an in-house HCMS manager, the product is more cumbersome than it should be and we required significant assistance from UKG.

Likelihood to Recommend
I am no longer a "raving fan" of UltiPro/UKG products and when put in a position to select an HR SaaS, I am doubtful UKG will be in the running. If you are a larger employer with resources to use and implement this tool you will probably find a tremendous amount of success but for small- to mid-sized employers who rely more heavily on partners like their SaaS provider, this probably is not the right product for you.
