Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Our company uses TUNE to manage partner marketing and maximize ROI from onboarding. I really like the API features & its support documentation. Tune has a top-class support team and quick turnaround. We face the issue while managing the partner campaign that includes Email marketing and another inbound/ outbound campaign.

Cons
- Need to work to separate CRM & BI features.
- Some time TUNE increase the prices without any notice.
Likelihood to Recommend
I really like the way they onboard the customer, very easy to navigate and understand the overall software, and one more thing that its features. My only problem with this is that if I delete a partner, it remains in the database.
