With access to the cloud-based Trustwave platform, we are able to see all of our threat alerts triaged by severity, making it easier to zero in on and respond to incidents that could compromise our servers and network devices. It identifies identification and access control problems, configuration mistakes, missing patches and other issues that can create escalation-of-privilege or denial-of-service attacks. The dashboard and reports made it easy to view and understand a vulnerabilities, risk and threats across our various database types

The company has become a true believer in Trustwave services because they ensured the solution we implemented addressed our specific requirements. Adopting this platform provided significant improvement in visibility with a user-friendly dashboard and now the company can take greater control internally when investigating an alert and analyzing data over time

We use Trustwave LAN mostly on our Limited Area Network (LAN) but the usage extends to bots, email and web security. I have used the blacklist/whitelist support feature for restriction and allowance to sensitive bots' data. I've also used other Trustwave granular controls in content filtering. My team and I also frequently logs in to the Trustkeeper Portal to view log events and reports.

Trustwave firewall is a nice way to provide and maintain a secure connection between your Managed NGFW Device(s) and their platform for overall efficient security. The software comes with adequate documentation that outlines clearly your duties and theirs and I constantly remind my team to read through; prevents several conflicts. Trustwave also conducts frequent updates so you're confident while the software handles the most sensitive of data.

Trustwave Firewall has provided managed security and monitoring for our organization for the last 5-10 years. We have used their products for our main set of external intrusion and detection systems for longer than I've been with the company. So far their suite of products coupled with their support has kept us coming back to the company each time we re-evaluate firewall security.

Self addressing incident response is a key factor with their service. Providing managed firewalls with reports generated for all incidents saves precious time for techs who can be positioned to help mitigate or resolve issues instead of reporting on root cause analysis to board members. The proactive timely response to incidents provides peace of mind that the firewall is doing its job.

Currently, it has been updated and is now called Trustwave Managed UTM service, which shows that the company listens to its customers since they added many features recommended by users.

We use the Trustwave SIEM across our entire organization. It is used by the Information Technology department to help maintain our PCI compliance and provide reporting on our POS environment.

Trustwave SIEM is a good tool for our POS/PCI environment.
