Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use TrustRadius for Vendors to gather the voice of the customer in my role. Third-party reviews are highly effective for maintaining our market presence. We syndicate customer sentiment on our website as well as use the awards and badges from TrustRadius in marketing materials. The tool is simple and easy to use.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a good tool for gathering in depth customer reviews. The reporting dashboard could use a little help. It is clunky to manage and not effective in pulling results over time. I do not like that you have to download a spreadsheet to figure out which campaign a review came from. This should be a dashboard within the product. Additionally, I do not like that TrustRadius moved to a pooled CSM model over a dedicated CSM.

We use the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to learn more from our customers about features they enjoy, as well as feedback about our customer service and product. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped our reputation management team have a better idea about where we land online and how we can better serve our clients. We check this site daily.

I would like to learn more about the awards in the vendor portal (awarded vs on track to win).
I would like to have reps come prepared with agendas and ways to improve our rating.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a wonderful resource for HR and Payroll solutions, which is what we use it for most. I appreciate the clear and clean format of our profile and the support from our rep. I have not used TrustRadius for Vendors in a capacity where it is less appropriate - it has served its purpose well so far.

We use TrustRadius as a trusted source for customer reviews of our RPA (Fortra' Automate) and WLA (Fortra's JAMS) solutions. We use these reviews as a resource to improve our products as well as share with potential customers what it's truly like to use our products. Our goal as a BU is to collect as many authentic and insightful real-user reviews as possible - TrustRadius really helps us with this iniaitive.

TrustRadius has been an invaluable tool in helping PandaDoc be seen as an industry leader in our main categories. One of my main KPIs at PandaDoc is to generate reviews and tie those reviews back to pipeline generation. TrustRadius has been a great partner in helping us prove the impact of our review generation programs and maintain visibility for our products.

My organization has had a relationship this TrustRadius for a few years now. They have been instrumental as a central location where prospect prospects can get to know more about our software services and hear from trusted HR pros in the space about their experience with our company. The partnership has given us the ability to highlight our credibility with our badge/rank across our website, while also highlighting areas of consideration within our product that we need to improve upon for a better experience for all.

The review process has its pros and cons. The review process is extensive and they ask a lot of great questions in the process. The reviews help us understand what we as a company are doing right and what we need to improve on. On the other hand since the review process is quite long we do see a lower conversion rate of reviews.

We are using the platform TrustRadius for Vendors to manage reviews.

Pros

We love our CSM - prompt, personable, bright, informative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with
Seemingly less hypocrisy compared to other review platforms
Transparency in processes and requirements
Ethical processes and communications
Another, shout out to the stellar employees
We appreciate that we have access to both versions of their portal - legacy and new

Cons

Would like the portal to have a more encompassing and more visually user-friendly interface
Would like a more robust award status section - including all of TrustRadius' upcoming awards, etc.
Less chaos/clutter in general

As far as a platform that collects and hosts public reviews goes - TrustRadius for Vendors is one of the better vendors! It is seemingly built on an ethical and defined foundation with transparent requirements for achieving goals. To date, I have not encountered any questionable or ever-changing rules, runnings, or objectives. Due to that, I would say this is one of the most reliable, authentic, and beneficial review platforms for a consumer to conduct research when wanting to make informed decisions.
The TrustRadius employees have also significantly contributed to our positive experience by consistently providing excellent customer service!

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped to also show our leadership in the space through various awards and badges that we have won over the years.

Did not like losing a dedicated success manager for the pool model
The email notifications for new reviews sometimes take a long time to come through
They got rid of the Most Loved award

Companies with long sales cycles or that deal with enterprise level customers who want to differentiate themselves from their competition. Want an easy way to gather reviews and surface customers who will be advocates.

We are currently using TrustRadius for Vendors to generate reviews from our customer user base. We have also been leveraging the buyer intent data for our lead generation efforts. We have found value in TrustRadius for Vendors through the review generation which has allowed us to identify customers who are willing to share additional insight and serve as customer references for us.
