Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use TouchBistro for our day to day restaurant operations, very pleased with their Moneris integration making our service and sales reconciliation seamless. We use this product 7 days a week, the system is super reliable and has not given us any issues like some of the alternative options out there.

- Online sales
- The change from being able to update floor plans on the iPads has been not as user friendly in my opinion.
- Some of the back end organizing could be more user friendly

- Seamless integration
- capturing all sales - unlike square who regularly lost payments
- Time required for training
