What is Teamgate CRM?

Teamgate CRM is a cloud based intelligent sales CRM system for small and mid-size teams. The intelligent aspect of the system gives a salesman the most relevant reports and insights, and advice on every step that allows users to always stay in tact with the sales process, but also helps users develop specific selling skills.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Teamgate to track sales leads for our products so these leads can be turned into potential clients we sell it to. We previously weren't able to log into our old CRM without having to install special software, but with team gate, we can log in anywhere in the world and all we need is an internet connection, we don't need to download or install anything. Another business problem was that we couldn't find our communication with potential clients ( sales leads) and then present those notes to our sales team in our old CRM but with Teamgate, we can provide this visibility to our sales team and they can see all our emails and calls to this potential customer. The scope of your use case is to use Teamgate to manage our sales leads and communications with our contacts and communicate easily with current clients and our sales team.

Pros

  • The reminders module is a timekeeper that helps us not forget deadlines, and tasks because we get alerts.
  • The auto dialer saves a lot of time by allowing us to reach out to leads faster.
  • Integrations with google and mail chimp make our life easier because all Gmail emails are saved in Teamgate.
  • The reports and graphs provide clarity of how the company is doing.

Cons

  • As this is cloud-based software, we find that the servers are down at least twice a month, this is too much.
  • The speed of page loading can be improved also it takes long to open reports if you use a big date range.
  • There should be a way to reset another users password.

Return on Investment

  • We were able to increases deals signed by 17 percent after we started using Teamgate.
  • Our client satisfaction increased by 4 percent every month after we started using team gate based on surveys we sent with Teamgate.
  • Our sales team actually grew because of the positive impact of teamgate, they also mentioned they loved how they can use any hotel computer to log into the CRM.

By far the best and most simple CRM and sales stack out there

  • Integration with SMS gateway and Mailchimp is fantastic
  • Great looking dashboard and graphics
  • So easy to use and customise even I could do it

Cons

  • Could do with the ability to customise the dashboard with your own fields.

Return on Investment

  • The amount of time we have free now, due to having everything organised with the platform is phenomenal
