TargetSmart

The TargetSmart database is built using political data, consumer data, contact data, and predictive models. This data is at the core of the connected solutions, which is collected to provide users with everything needed to access, improve, and leverage the data.

Data products include

• VoterBase - TargetSmart’s voter file, widely known as the highest-quality voter file as it is updated more frequently than any other voter file on the market and contains a depth of voting history, most accurate political districts, and partisan, turnout, and issue-support models.
• IntelliBase Platinum - TargetSmart’s national, compiled marketing file; enabled with dozens of demographics and lifestyle, behavioral, and affluence characteristics on more than 200 million consumers.
• ElectionBase - A gographic targeting dataset of historic election results with its foundation at the precinct level and it has been supplemented with ward, township, and county-level election results. This data is then married to individual level VoterBase data, creating an essential campaign tool. For clients that want to do analysis using historical data, TargetSmart keeps historical snapshots on file for every year dating back to 2012.
• ContributorBase - TargetSmart’s database of political contributors, representing more than $6.7 billion in political contributions over the past 15 years including contributions to state and local candidates as well as committees.
• Early & Absentee Vote - During primary and general elections or other requested elections, TargetSmart collects data for the early and absentee votes cast, requested ballots and ballots returned leading up to election day, which can be used to generate exclusion audiences to make GOTV efforts more efficient.
• CellBase - TargetSmart provides access to over 171 million highly accurate cell phone numbers, which can be used both for digital matching purposes and for direct contact.
