Maybe one of the worst experiences I've had with an online software company

- Regarding design, I think they do very well.
Cons
- Trial policy, they force you to put your credit card in order to check their features.
- Customer support, they don't explain deeply their features, they force you to check their demo.
- Notifications, as they don't notify you before they charge you.
Return on Investment
- In our case it was negative as it didn't meet our needs.
