Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by the sales team to create unique affiliate links for our B2B partners.

Pros

  • integrate with other systems

Cons

  • the ease of creating a unique url
  • the limitation of the dashboard
  • assets section is useless

Likelihood to Recommend

We've reviewed a lot of platforms and Tapfiliate was the best we could afford to track our affiliates. However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one.

Maybe one of the worst experiences I've had with an online software company

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The idea was to use it for the marketing department, to manage the affiliate network and make it possible that our merchants can create programs alongside our platform, without the need to install pixels, etc., all inside our own network.

Pros

  • Regarding design, I think they do very well.

Cons

  • Trial policy, they force you to put your credit card in order to check their features.
  • Customer support, they don't explain deeply their features, they force you to check their demo.
  • Notifications, as they don't notify you before they charge you.

Likelihood to Recommend

For sure, you can't use Tapfiliate as an affiliate network, they don't have such a feature.
