Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this application to hire candidates and keep tabs on them by coaching through the platform. It addresses the onboarding process within the organization and allows us to seamlessly streamline the hiring process! Also, talent quest is an application that is easy to use and simple to understand. The structure and UX of the website are very clean and straightforward.

Pros

  • Able to separate candidates and easily view their profile.
  • The application allows team building across multiple departments.
  • Onboarding and development of new employees is easier with TalentQuest.

  • More friendly mobile version.
  • An app version for easy access.
  • More introductory instructions for employees onboarding.

Return on Investment

  • We are a small foundation. The only ROI we've seen from this platform, honestly, is that it saves us time rather than money. We wasted a lot of time with employee management in the past, and now we have a more seamless process because of Talent Quest. We are saving more time than money, but that was our goal.
