T2M is a Gem!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We used T2M to manage thousands of links across paid media, social, etc for our marketing campaigns. The main issue that T2M solved for was scalability - this really does sound like a fairly easy issue to address, potentially without the need of a 3rd party tool, but in our experience, it was well worth it.
Pros
- The dashboards we used were awesome!
- The stats were fairly detailed, and frankly more helpful than we anticipated going in (top browsers, top referrers, top platforms, top devices, etc).
- SSO wasn't a must for us, but definitely a pro.
- GDPR considerations are a huge part of our team's discussions, so it was good to know T2M was cognizant of that.
- We used the URL expiration feature very often.
Cons
- The support was just ok in our experience (they were very responsive and kind, but our issues seemed(?) relatively minor and took some time to resolve, but maybe they were just more complicated than it seemed in our view).
- We did really like the dashboards eventually, but I think they could be a little clearer/more intuitive upon an initial glance.

- Support (this is the only reason I would give them an 8 instead of 10 - not terrible but could improve in my opinion).
Return on Investment
- The time savings is immeasurable.
- Onboarding new employees to use T2M was fairly quick and easy, which allowed those efficiency gains to be even compounded.
