In my experience, it was a horribly complicated process with an account manager, who takes things very personally in my opinion. SwagUp came highly recommended from some client-serving companies, who I believe, apparently, spend a lot of money with them. For a company that is supposed to help other companies wow their clients, I find their customer service is woefully lacking in my opinion. I believe “swag” doesn’t make up for the bad service. Not recommended because I believe I did not get the customer service or product fulfillment I expected when initially choosing this product, service, and company.
We order swag boxes for our new hires and even order individual items for some of our teams/depts. We order a ton of swag and re-order some items when we're low in stock!

We had an issue getting in contact with our sales rep for a while to where we never received a response to urgent questions. Then a lot of the orders were either backorder or delayed which caused an issue within our company of team members asking where their swag box was!
We use SwagUp to manage all of our swag inventory and sending to customers and the community. Saves us an insane amount of time. Customers and the community love the experience. 10/10. Great customer support.
