[In my experience,] the SurveyMonkey team decided to push through the renewal without our consent, and [I believe they] are now providing false information concerning the renewal conditions. [In my opinion, you should] please note that their conditions do not respect Consumer Laws. [I feel that] this is considered fraud. [Because of our experience,] we recently decided to cancel our renewal subscription because our teams using the survey functionalities [feel that] the product [is] archaic and very costly for what it provides. [I believe] other products in the market do a better job for less. We are now turning to other products and companies that are worthy of our business. [Personally,] we do not tolerate fraud and misuse of consumer conditions.

[I think that] SurveyMonkey is too basic to actually permit any use. The functionalities that [are] interesting are very costly and [I think that] with the technology evolution of the past 2 years, we consider SurveyMonkey a market lagger.

We're currently using it weekly to survey our new hires about their experience. This provides us with valuable insight into what's happening with our new hires, and also provides us with the ability to see trends in their experiences. We also will use adhoc to survey the rest of our company. It provides a trustworthy and confidential way to run surveys.

SurveyMonkey is perfect when we want to ensure that employees can provide honest confidential feedback; when we've used other free providers in the past, they do not always feel confident that their identities are being withheld. SurveyMonkey is also perfect for when you want to be provided with graphics about the data you've received, this saves you time from having to do so manually. I cannot think of a time when it's not appropriate to use SurveyMonkey.

We developed 360 evaluations for our team using SurveyMonkey. The software made it easy for us to email the survey to each team member and really gave us some valuable insight from our team. We have also used SurveyMonkey for pulse points on our team's overall engagement with our hospital. We also used SurveyMonkey to develop surveys with our clients to determine interest in various products/services.

We have been able to utilize SurveyMonkey in a variety of ways for our hospital. We conducted internal staff polling and 360 reviews. We also utilized it for larger projects by sending out surveys to a large list of clients. I have used SurveyMonkey in both large and small organizations and it seems to fit well. The price point is great too, there is a lot of options in the free version and for a small fee small businesses have the same capabilities as larger organizations.

We use SurveyMonkey for several different applications in our organization. First, we use it as a primary research tool when the project is smaller in scope and doesn't require the engagement of a full research team. Second, we use it as a tool to generate potentially newsworthy statistics that can be used as the basis for a media pitch or as a support point to illustrate an important aspect of the story.

SurveyMonkey is a high-value, cost-effective solution when you need to generate more basic levels of research that can be used for a wide variety of applications across the organization. If I can avoid the cost, aggravation and time it takes to engage a third-party research firm and use a tool like SurveyMonkey to generate what I need, I will do so.

My organization uses SurveyMonkey for B2C clients to survey current and potential customers to gauge interest in possible expansions to the product line or preferred versions of new product packaging; for B2B clients, we use SurveyMonkey to do occasional check-ins with customers to make sure their needs/our services are aligned, and also to get feedback on events to make them more impactful the next time around.

If you reach the stage in the decision-making process where you have a number of possible right answers before you, SurveyMonkey is well-suited to collecting data that'll help you make a more informed decision. For example, my agency will use SurveyMonkey to send out possible packaging-and-label designs for a forthcoming product to an audience of our client's most loyal customers, and thereby find out which packaging concepts are the most likely to hit home with our target audience.

Quick surveying needs that help our company and our clients gain an understanding of diverse audience groups quickly. The audience panels have enough range to help us find all of our surveying needs with precision and accuracy. The whole organization has used at times for various projects, both in business development and client support.

Well suited for quick survey turnarounds. For instance, we have used it when we needed to make a decision on a specific audience (e.g. adults who are the primary grocery shopper in their home) and wanted to get market intelligence quickly and SurveyMonkey Engage helped provide that easily. It may be less appropriate for a very tailored audience of professionals (e.g. doctors).

We have used SurveyMonkey on many occasions within our organization. The biggest purpose we use SurveyMonkey is to get a general vote on an idea, activity, etc. and we want to send it out to the team while keeping the votes anonymous. Examples of when we have used it is to determine where we should do our summer or holiday party, when we do fun superlative games within the office, or when we are decided on heavier topics within the office and want a general idea of what the team would like while maintaining their confidentiality.

SurveyMonkey is being used by our team to create surveys and deploy them on other channels. They use it for collecting data for various types of research being done for diverse industries. Since SM is such a complete and flexible tool it makes it very convenient to be applied in many industries and situations.

It's a great and powerful platform and compared to its competitors it's an easy pick. It is good for both small and large companies. The analytics part of it is fine, but since we don't use it much there is not much to be said about it.

SurveyMonkey is being used for customer event registration forms, customer event and initiative feedback forms, inside sales team call scripts and templates, internal initiative feedback and suggestion forms, anonymous team brainstorming.

SurveyMonkey is great for highly personalised, fast surveys, feedback forms and registration pages. Useful for large and small companies. This would be less appropriate for companies that want to integrate their forms in different ways in their online content located in various platforms.

We are a small marketing firm that cannot afford to use the "high-priced" survey tools. We like to use SurveyMonkey to test out concepts for our clients and prospects as well as learn more about a specific market or industry without spending our limited funds on a research tool. It's great at providing a quick snapshot of a product or service.

This is a great tool if you are looking for directional research on a project. Survey Monkey has so many templates of surveys that are professionally built and designed. The questions that are in the templates are diverse, educated and are all designed with the purpose of the survey in mind. Each question in the templates have their own purpose and is important for the bottom line.
