Grandfathered in to love it, caution to newcomers

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Survey Monkey is used by the entire organization, we use it to collect information for pre-training information gathering from registered participants in our programs and for post-training evaluation purposes to better improve our services and training offerings. It provides a quick and easy way to quickly gather information and download the results for reporting on our grant obligations.
Pros
- You have the choice to collect information anonymously which end users often appreciate and tends to lead to more honest results.
- Very easy to use, the user interface could not be more intuitive
- Lots of options for how to collect results from users (email, direct link, embed code, share on Facebook)
Cons
- Would like to see more options for standard themes to choose from
Likelihood to Recommend
I'm grandfathered in to the "Unlimited" account for free but it looks like the current options for a free account "Basic" are fairly restrictive. You now have to pay to export your survey results and reports, that's unfortunate. I would probably look for other alternatives at a free level if I was forced to pay for those options because they are so central to the functionality of the product.
