Basically I am working from home. I am using SupremeViewer to connect to our customers and do cleanup and maintenance tasks such as: - Running Windows self diagnostic tools that checks the hardware. - Checks if Windows needs updates. - Running cleaner tools like Ccleaner. - Running system file checker. All the staff could take couple of hours or the whole day. I am glad that I am able to do all these things remotely.

SupremeViewer is best for troubleshooting technical issues on remote computers. You can do connections all over the world without any configurations. Just run or install and connect. It is secured and works behind NAT. The easy installation process without additional configuration helps a lot when our customers need to run the server.

The general duties I have to perform in the company as a remote support engineer include training of colleagues how to work with the company software (installing/uninstalling), diagnosing technical problems, upgrading applications and checking workstation performance. We are still using SupremeViewer and we can say that it is a great choice for companies as ours.

With SupremeViewer we can remotely connect to user's system, guide them through the installation process and configuring software settings as needed. This ensures that the software is set up correctly and reduces the likelihood of errors or misconfigurations .

In our company, we mainly repair computers, mobile phones and any other equipment. In addition to hardware repairs that require products to be brought by customers to our offices and stores, we also do a remote software support and assistance. We are usually fixing software issues, clearing viruses, installing an application software, converting documents, archiving and etc. For the remote sessions we are using SupremeViewer. It is very easy to use and install.

As a good experience, I can describe a case where I had to transfer some large image (.img) files to a remote computer and SupremeViewer handled it without any problems. When the SupremeViewer Server is installed on the remote computer, the software is running as a service which allows us to log on, switch users, change the Windows password, and check the task manager (the Ctrl+Alt+Del is available at a single click). Also we are able to install and uninstall applications during our computer maintenance.
