What is Sugar Connect?

SugarCRM’s Sugar Connect (formerly Collabspot) is a sales email tracking tool specifically targeting Gmail’s integration with SugarCRM. Sugar Connect offers email syncing, archiving, and tracking to help sales reps track and manage customer data. It also provides some automation within the interactions between Gmail and SugarCRM, and sales reporting and analytics on prospects’ interactions with emails. The platform can also track prospects’ social media activity data.

  • Makes saving emails in SugarCRM really easy
  • Flexible as to which types of records you can save to
  • Accurate reporting on opens and clicks
  • Easily add new records to SugarCRM from Gmail inbox

Cons

  • I honestly don't have a con for Collabspot

  • It has helped me stay on top of my pipeline
  • It makes it easy to go back through previous pricing and communication around deadlines with my resellers and clients
  • It saves me so much time from having to add emails to Sugar manually
