Spot Elastigroup

Spot's Elastigroup is presented by a vendor to auto scale applications. The software integrates with a load balancer and automatically distributes workloads across multiple zones and excess capacity markets to ensure availability at minimum costs. When its analytics predict risk of interruption, it ensures the resiliency of the application by proactively registering and de-registering instances intelligently in advance across instance types and availability zones. June 2020 NetApp entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spot, and its portfolio.
