Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I've made sundry inquiries or rather offers but have no takes at this point. I've a negative experience with these kind of services - for instance Task Rabbit. I'd recommend giving this one a try, but be wary of bait and switch setups - with leads costing you while bringing you no profitable ventures.

Snagajob is a great resource for finding hourly candidates for a wide variety of jobs across most. It is the number two or number three option that we go to when trying to find new team members

For Onboarding, Snagajob is your choice.
Pros
- Easy to use on-boarding for managers as well as employees.
- They work with you on the integration to your HR system & will try to create custom fields to meet your needs.
Cons
- Snag customer support could be faster. I do not like that it is a general email to email your concern & have a response in more than 24 hours.
- Admin should have access to undo terminated employees.
Return on Investment
- I wouldn't say it affects our business objective because we just use it for onboarding; however, their employee assessments are pretty accurate on who is a good candidate or not.

Pros
- Notifications when applicants apply.
- Ease of the job posting process.
- Ease of making changes to my posting.
Cons
- Messaging candidates options are limited. There are pre-written questions if you want to use them, but I cannot change them or figure out how to change them.
- To schedule an interview I only have 140 characters to leave a note to the candidate.
- The "My Team" features are not useful to my company at all.
- There used to be a search candidate function, but it was limited. It has been removed from the site.

- Can have a better User interface.
- More/different levels of personality tests, based on the skills required for a position.
- More user control to hide/view documentation available to users.
