Pros
- It contains all the diagnostics information that you need for optimization of queries, deep analysis of SQL server state, and much more
- Regular deployment of a new versions with minor fixes but mainly with the new features.
- It helps to make operational decisions, how to improve the performance and also expansion of the whole environment.
- Buying this also contains excellent service from the Woodler support.
Cons
- There is a lot of information and if you want to exploit it for 100%, you need some basic SQL administration knowledge at least. Maybe some "Lite" version with KPI's and warnings for some smaller companies would be appreciated.
- Some deep searching and some screens are a little bit confusing for the first time and you need to put the things into consequences to get the final result.

If you want to find the root cause of any incident of your SQL server, this is the right tool.
