Initially bought in to help us keep up with the changes of covid rules me now helps us reduce inbound contacts by having our guests use Smartvel for their visa requirements. We were the first cruise company to use the system. It allowed us a certain level of automation installing the tool

- They have had to adapt the service so dilution could be an issue
Likelihood to Recommend
It’s takes weight off your staff and allows them to concentrate on sales but also allows your staff to have the first hand knowledge of the tool by using themselves so they can guide the customer if needed. I personally like this type of thing as a self server type of customer
