Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Intelledox provided us with a very flexible option to meet the unique needs of our industry and we are only just beginning to discover its potential across other areas of our business. The ability to administer and create your own document [templates] in-house, without any specialized training, is a major plus.

Pros

  • very easy to develop forms on Intelledox Infiniti.
  • The GUID for the form building is easy to use and very intuitive.

Cons

  • It's a little restrictive for completing recursive administrative tasks within the Manage section.

Using the Intelledox Infiniti product has improved the overall process by reducing confusion for applicants while also improving the data quality sent to [the] internal system.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Intelledox in the past when filling out loan documents. I have found it to be a very easy system to use. Made the application process very streamlined and easy. It was very easy to upload the necessary documents.

  • Make signatures more realistic

Likelihood to Recommend

Very well suited for the financial industry for loan applications. I have also seen it used for onboarding employees due to its ease of use when uploading documents. I have also seen it used for screening applicants for a job posting as a pre-interview.
