Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use this software for the collection of applications for the scholarships that we periodically deliver in the company and we have found it much easier to do it than manually, since the process is all automated, we save on paperwork, and all the management is done in a more transparent way.
Pros
- It has customizable forms, which are adapted to our company, and allows us to make the application form with the exact data we need to know about the applicants. It has a system of questions with multiple choice answers, to make it easier for applicants.
- It allows us to schedule and send interview requests to applicants we feel we need to evaluate in person. These requests are sent by text message or email automatically.
- I also like that each program administrator can log in with their personal username and password and we can log in from any device, either mobile or web version.
Cons
- It is a very complete software, but I wish it could have other integrations, which would allow us to be able to make the scholarship deposits and all the accounting part from the same software.
- Without a doubt I found the software easy to use, but its interface is outdated, it does not look modern visually.
- On a couple of occasions I have had to change the password of my user because I have had problems logging in, I do not know if it is because of the internet connection or a failure of the program.

- Its forms for applying for scholarships are very customizable and we love that, because they adapt to our requests and requirements.
- It allows integration with social networks and the company's website, to cover larger fields.
Return on Investment
- We have saved a lot of time with this software, since the whole process of request, delivery and monitoring of grants is now much simpler, faster and everything is stored in the software and not in the drawers of the office, saving us on paperwork. The work is done in less time, which allows us to be more productive in other activities.
