We utilize Slack across multiple facets of our company, allowing all employees/users to stay connected from wherever they may be working. It allow us to stay on task and focus our resources, all while making everyone confident that their input is valued and needed. Slack really is the ultimate collaboration tool.

Slack is used as the platform for quick internal communications, either one-to-one direct messaging or team collaborating. Slack is also used to bring together quick cross-functional teams to discuss urgent matters. This helps to get all of the right people in the "room" to discuss any needs. Lastly, Slack is used as a way to bring the people of the company together to promote the company culture through sharing photos, videos and etc.

Slack is great to use across multiple devices but pick up the conversation where you left off. As a remote employee this is great because I'm not always at my desk or at my computer. This allows for me to work on the go no matter where I am. I am able to stay connected with my team and keep the progress moving forward on all of our projects.

My company uses Slack to have immediate and direct communication from within each department. This eliminates the need for emails, text messages, and other tools that add bloat the employee workflows. By utilizing Slack we have been able to see a significant increase in productivity and communication has skyrocketed.

Slack is great for Small, Medium, and Large scale businesses, and is extremely beneficial for Startups. Another great benefit is that Slack is designed to scale with your business. As your company expands, your employees get larger, and communication tends to become problematic, but with Slack, communication is never an issue.
