It's primarily used by our Warehouse team for picking items, but other departments use it as well to track inventory. It's helped our Warehouse team be more accurate with picking products as it requires several checks in the process to make sure the correct items were picked. Our accuracy has greatly increased.

SkuVault is currently being used to manage the inventory for both our brick and mortar retail store, as well as all of the inventory in the warehouse for online sales. The issues addressed include but aren't limited to the current inventory counts and having a traceable history should have have an issues with an item that has no been received or currently misplaced.

We are hoping they improve their cycle counting process, which I am told is in the works
A queue for how long uploads would take would be helpful for when theres a long wait
I would like to have a little bit more control over who has access to what portions, other than a blanket title

We needed to figure out how to run both the retail store and the online system from the warehouse. With their help we were able to run 2 different "stores" from the same warehouse. With their assistance we were able to separate the two, and not have to worry about over selling an item or not being able to fulfill and order because it was place from the other location.
