Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Skedulo for appointment scheduling with our phlebotomists to perform specimen draws for medical research.

  • Provides enough tabs to get all the information to our phlebotomists

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a way to communicate directly through the app. Like a live chat option open from us to our phlebotomist Skedulo users.

  • Skedulo has had a positive impact on our overall business objectives as this is the only application that we have to organize and keep our jobs scheduled and within our guidelines.

We use Skedulo to schedule and route plan our valuation jobs. We integrate jobs from our jobs & workflow management system and then use Skedulo to plan and optimize both work plans and routes for our valuers.

Great time & money saver!!

Pros

  • Sets mileage boundaries
  • Sets product ability
  • Selects the closest consultants with the right product knowledge
  • Eliminates human scheduling errors

Cons

  • Occasionally it will not locate an available consultant because they put their block in on top of a previous appointment -- overlapping causes issues
  • Fix it so the human errors of us inputting blocks is not so "perfect"

Return on Investment

  • Eliminated at least one customer service representative.... saving a salary
  • Better customer service because the calls are shorter.
