Coming back after 7 months of hosting to add more details. I know have 3 websites and will add more to my hosting plan. www.vividatelier.pl https://academy.thereach.ai www.thereach.ai All three of them are working flawlessly, the CDN and SSL are added to any new domain or subdomain with one click. After looking at a few hosting providers, SiteGround offered the best dedicated hosting for our website at https://thereach.ai/ , with a global CDN coverage included in the price and very good wordpress support - tools, features and after I discovered the plugins that come with it - SEO, website optimization, cache etc.

Cons

A lot of their competitors offer freebies, like Google ads credit or 1 year free SSL and stuff like that. I understand that for a small company that's a big cost, but wouldn't hurt for them to enter in a partnership with someone and offer things like this.

I used other hosting providers in the past and actually I'm very happy with SiteGround mainly because of this: * very quick to setup and install my Wordpress website * sends me weekly emails about traffic, website healthscore etc * great wordpress plugins to help with SEO and optimizing

We recommend SiteGround to all of our clients for WordPress hosting. We use it to host our own website as well as websites for our clients. We also use it for simple things like setting up redirects or email accounts. Ridiculously simple WordPress migrations are a huge part of why we use SiteGround.

It would be nice to be able to delegate access to an entire hosting account instead of having to delegate access to each site on the hosting account individually.

It's the most easy to use, security, and technologically advanced hosting you can find for the price. It's saved us countless hours of maintenance. They develop great plugins like the SiteGround Optimizer. Free SSL and email with your hosting account. What more could you ask for? They are on the bleeding edge of hosting technology. Also, they have an amazing company culture and have a positive impact on the world.

WordPress hosting is horrible
Issues pertaining to memory allowed on shared hosting
PHP integration doesn't always work
Websites are extremely slow on shared hosting

Personally, I wouldn't suggest SiteGround and encourage people to find other providers. I find that their services are really not at par in terms of the needs of most companies that want to host a website. These days with WordPress you are required to install a lot of plugins, and with SiteGround this can cause many issues with reference to memory and other problems. In fact, I had a special "tweak" cheat-sheet that I would keep around just to get around some of these issues.

SiteGround Web Hosting is being used by our organization to host our website and email. We use it throughout the entire organization but only the marketing/IT department uses it more often. Marketing updates the website and IT maintains the email hosting. This solves our website hosting needs as well as hosting our email addresses.

SiteGround Web Hosting is very well suited for the do-it-yourself website builder. With some technical knowledge it can be an affordable solution to your website hosting needs. It would not be appropriate for someone or an organization that does not have at least one staff member that can navigate for its use. With that being said it does have a small learning curve. SiteGround also has an excellent customer service department.

SIteGround is very affordable for projects that require less server performance and less customer service. It's great for smaller projects!

They could improve on the quality of their customer service, to provide more detailed information.

The server is very fast and as a result, the sites take less time to load which helps us to attract users to our websites. Their customer service is fast and have experts who reach out to you in a timely manner if the server is down. They follow up with you to make sure the ticket is resolved.
