Moosend is an excellent application. We have been using this application for years to automate our email marketing and we found it an awesome tool to respond to our email--terrific to control and create the random solutions for all developmental processes. This application manages all production details with billing and purchasing. Moreover, atomize the custom emails and helps to promote and track the business activities on social forums.

We are able to design and customize stunning email newsletters that look beautiful on any device.

Adding images and videos to newsletters.

Cons

If you have more than 1000 subscribers you will be required to upgrade to the Pro plan.
Free plan users have limited customer support.

It is not used across the whole organization, though many employees in marketing are fairly familiar with it. We decided to start using it once we hit the mid/enterprise level, as our prior automation solution simply didn't have the functionality that we required.

Moosend is currently being used by the marketing department of my organization. We were looking for a new software and wanted something budget friendly. Moosend came highly recommended. We specifically use this for our email newsletters every week. We are able to quickly and efficiently send out emails to our targeted audience using this software.

Moosend is great if you are sending out email newsletters regularly or looking for an affordable software to automate that process for you and really home in on your target audience and demographic. Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used to host our mail servers at IBM Cloud but after an outage at their Dallas Data center, where our servers were hosted, our mail routines did not work any more.

As a publisher, we needed to find a quick, easy, reliable and affordable solution. After comparing Moosend with all competitors, we bought the service and have used it for one week as back up. We are very happy users, the platform is easy to use and, most importantly, the email delivery was very fast.

Support is responsive but be aware only available during UK working hours.

Fully recommend the platform. Beat our expectations and offers - according to my research - the best value for money.

We use Moosend for an online store on the platform Woocommerce. Full integration: Cart Abandonment, Weather-based Recommendations, Super Templates, Advanced Tracking, and so on. It's a pleasure to use - once set up, and everything works.

Pros

Low cost compared to other services.
Full integration with eCommerce platforms.

Cons

The interface design needs to be more modern.
Templates need to be more modern (stylistics).

Moosend is perfect for all solutions and given the fact that a lot of new native integrations have appeared lately - in general, a super service. Moosend is ideal for eCommerce, SaaS, and blog owners.

Moosend is a decent and affordable option for a company that needs to pay based on the number of emails sent as opposed to the total number of subscribers. Our company has a very large number of subscribers, but we segment heavily, so only a portion of our list receives each campaign we send, making this payment set up a more economical option for us.
