Use Cases and Deployment Scope
SimplyHired is Indeed ATS, and it does a great job! I am very impressed with how seamlessly we can move candidates around and send automated messages to them, updating them on the process. We still rely on our ATS system, but we use Indeed's in conjunction. Indeed is leading in applicant response and interest, so by using SimplyHired, we can attract the best candidate pools. It addresses the issue of increasing application volume and reaches, and the TA department is currently using it within HR.
Pros
- SimplyHired is structured well and it makes keeping candidates organized simple.
- SimplyHired is the #1 job board right now, so by using them, we are getting the best pool of talent and candidates.
Cons
- Although the sorting process is easy through SimplyHired when you check candidates to send a message, it un-checks them after the message is sent, so you have to go back through and re-check all applicants to move them. I'd like to have the candidates remain checked and highlighted after I send them a message.
- It would be great to have messages sent out automatically once we move them into new categories.
Likelihood to Recommend
SimplyHired is an excellent solution for any business! It could be used as a single ATS system for small companies, and it could also be used for large companies in conjunction with their in hour ATS.
