Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We provide our customers with a tool to customize their garage doors. We use Simplio3D to configure multiple complex product platforms in a simple to use graphical interface. Simplio3D can further provide a fully integrated system that can be integrated into an ERP or CRM type of system. Working with the Simplio team has been an efficient process and pleasure!

Cons

  • Allowing more features (invoicing, inventory, etc.) in standard subscriptions
  • Easier integration with Adobe Commerce

Likelihood to Recommend

We have products that require a lot of customization and pricing, so it takes time for our sales team to create the offers. Simplio3D makes this process much faster, significantly improving sales performance by customers configure products with multiple options and generate accurate quotes quickly. Implementing and maintaining a 3D configurator may be challenging for companies without adequate IT support.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Simplio3D helps us ease the

process of selling customizable socks because we produce on

a large scale. The product configurator helps us quickly define order details, including a visualization, and then push it into the production process after customer approval. With the platform, it is also easy to update the database whenever needed and most of the maintenance can be done by us.

Pros

  • The platform helps improve the flow of the order process
  • 3D rendering quality gets better and better over time
  • Works well with Monday ERP
  • Very flexible, we have our own configurator layout outside of the standard plan

Cons

  • More integration options, especially with my knitting machines
  • The AR feature is not so good for socks

Likelihood to Recommend

We sell socks on a large scale and

many orders are customized, so Simplio3D is very good at

streamlining this process. It handles complex pricing structures well, load times have improved significantly since I first started with the platform, and the backend is intuitive and well documented.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Simplio3D to enable our customers to design their own outdoor roof. Before using the platform, this process was very difficult to deliver to our potential visitors and our lead generation was much lower.

Pros

  • It's very intuitive, you don't need to be an engineer to build a configurator
  • A smart way to create variations, set prices and restrictions
  • It integrates with everything, in my case with Mendix

Cons

  • More settings when designing the configurator layout
  • Maybe a more easy way to integrate with WooCommerce

Likelihood to Recommend

I think most of the terminologies used in the application and also how to build a configurator are familiar to most users, no over-engineering, functional and clean only where it matters, therefore very easy to work with.
