  • Fully understand their customers needs before selling!
  • Reduce the number of people for implementation

Easy Hiring

Pros

  • Onboarding - easy process. easy to move around in. Always get high marks from new hires on the process
  • Redcarpet helps to manage tasks related to all departments involved in the new hire process
  • Openhire - online application easy to use.
  • Openhire - easy to search resumes and select candidates.

Cons

  • RedCarpet portal is hard to edit. There needs to be an easier way to make is more user friendly.

Return on Investment

  • Definitely increased employee onboard efficiency
  • Central location for applicants to apply
  • Better Applicant tracking for our AAP plan

Usability

SilkRoad RedCarpet - Great but not Excellent

Pros

  • Ease of use for anyone, even with little systems experience. Great UI experience.
  • Task assignment is now owned by someone who claims it.
  • Ability to track the status of each tasks whether if they are overdue or on target.

Cons

  • Access level could use some improvement for the users. i.e. limited documents tab access vs. eforms tab vs limited portal editing access.
  • Ability to give their administrators more access. i.e. manage and edit team members
  • Ability to give their administrators more access for control over paid e-forms
  • User friendlier way to upload regular documents.
  • Reporting!!!
