It is primarily being used for fraud detection in our JobSpotter department. This is an app where users can perform a service with an incentive of amazon gift cards. However, there is a benefit given to first submissions, so there is a problem with users creating multiple accounts to try to game the system unfairly. We highly rely on Sift Digital Trust & Safety Suite's ability to identify multiple accounts created by a single "user" to dismiss submissions by duplicate accounts.

We haven't really taken advantages of the full spectrum of what the suite offers, but for the segment that we are using that identifies users across multiple accounts and devices, it performs phenomenally. In the future we'd like to enable auto-banning based on a risk index score that Sift Digital Trust & Safety Suite would contribute to.
