Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an ecommerce brand offering natural skincare products. We use Shiprocket to deliver our products to our customers who shop online either from our website or through instagram, whatsapp etc.

Pros

  • Dedicated and simple Dashboard
  • Accurate tracking of the shipments
  • Too many carrier partners options

Cons

  • The price has gone a little high since the time we started using it.
  • The possibility to use international shipment could be more accessible.
  • It would be wonderful if we could get the delivery boy`s number.
