What is Sherpany?

Saves time and keep important document safe with Sherpany

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All my documents are in Sherpany so it’s easier for me to find the information I need instead of using channels and SharePoint. And all the board and management team uses it.

  • Don’t have to worry about security.
  • Everyone has access to the latest version of the documents.
  • The approval and distribution of minutes are also simplified.

Cons

  • It would be great if Sherpany could automatically be upgraded.

  • The double-stage authentication system.
  • Great improvement in the access to documents from previous encounters.

  • It helps me record the minutes in a pre-filled framework and to send them for approval.

I can hardly imagine how we could handle meetings efficiently today without Sherpany

  • pricing, particularly if an organization would like to roll-out Sherpany on all managerial levels, investment in Sherpany is compared to its peers at upper level.

  • It allows us to easily retrieve data from earlier meetings.
  • It helps me to keep track of important information.
  • It avoids the need (and burden) to carry around paper binders.

  • An automated update process would be nice.

  • It cannot be measured in terms of ROI, but the saving in time and the fact that discussions in meetings get more focused provides obvious value.

  • The access to the various documents and the search of a particular statement or graphic is very efficient.
  • The user may as she/he wishes to download and upload documents.
  • The user is informed if updates of documents are available.

Cons

  • As I like large letters to read I could not see the entire page and had in the first time difficulties in navigating around.

  • Management and Board of Directors save a lot of time.
  • Less paper, less of a mess.
  • Better quality of the meetings as everybody is on the same page and is able to quickly compare pieces of information with other statements or previous documents.
