My organization uses ShareFile to meet compliance goals for our Special Education Team! Working at a school in the Special Education Department, ShareFile makes it easy to share confidential materials for signatures or sharing with members within our school and with related service providers. We recently made a switch to all digital compliance filing and ShareFile has made the transition a breeze.

Only able to send 6 reminders per day - why not more?
Downloads sometimes go to the wrong folder or I can't find them
Logging in is sometimes difficult - why doesn't it remember my domain/username/password even after I press the "remember me" button?

When having to get signatures for compliance paperwork in the education field, ShareFile is extremely well suited. In the technological word we live in, there is simply no need to be tracking people down to get paper signatures when I could just send them out via email so that everyone can sign at their convenience!
