  • Every user on the account gets their own personalized appointment scheduling link.
  • Flexibility with services you can make available.

Cons

  • Calendar synching errors and bugs.
  • Certain fields seen by the scheduler can't be edited.
  • Office 365 sync has to be turned on and off pretty regularly to fix issues (time consuming).

  • Less hassle (time spent going back and forth) to find a common meeting time that works for all parties.
  • Pretty decent user interface for the appointment scheduler.

  • Two Way Sync with Google Calendar
  • Provides Stripe integration for Check Out and Pre-Pay, as needed, for scheduling.
  • The mobile application provides anywhere access.
  • SMS reminders are convenient for our clients.

Cons

  • The Notifications on the Android App do seem to be finicky if you do not have a regular volume of appointments being set.
  • Ability to schedule more that one service at a time.
  • Double Booking ability from the Booking Page.

  • Allows us to respect our clients time and schedule calls when they are available.
  • The ability to schedule follow up calls leads to a better customer experience.
  • The reminders sent automatically create an easy workflow to assist both our service and sales departments.

Great Scheduling Tool for SMBs but it is getting old

  • Practical scheduling across multiple teams
  • 3rd party calendar integrations
  • Email notifications sent to the assigned owner of the task or activity scheduled

Cons

  • Getting aged compared to other solutions
  • Sync issues from time to time
  • When setting up a meeting for a customer, you are not quite sure if the customer receives all the details. You go double-check with an appointment in the calendar
  • Messing layout on how to fill out a field in the scheduling form
